Very interesting and unique Judith Leiber statement belt from the early 1990s. Chocolate brown supple leather with a very large gold tone metal bird head buckle. The bird features an engraved head to give the illusion of feathers and faux emerald cabochon eyes. The long beak opens when the back of the head is pressed down and has a small bar that goes through the belt hole. The belt only has one hole, as the back is adjustable, with 34.5" being the largest it goes. Interior gold brand markings. Excellent vintage condition. Rare.
