1960's Chanel Haute Couture iconic combination of cream wool boucle and navy braided trim fastened with gilt metal buttons set in navy. This suit represents the timeless classic Chanel look that has been revered and coveted since it first appeared. Round neck jacket trimmed all around the edges and cuffs, 4 patch pockets on the front also trimmed in navy and cream. The off-white silk lining had some minor restoration. The exterior is clean and in excellent vintage condition having been well cared for for many decades. Skirt zips up on the back left and has a front overlap.
Fits like a US size 4 with extra seam allowance to potentially accommodate bigger sizing.
