Worn in the 1972 Saint Laurent Fall/Winter runway show, this beautiful evening blouse is pairs perfectly with a skirt or pants. Made of a sheer shimmery lurex silver fabric with a double layered micro pleated lapel, cross over neckline with a tie at the waist. The elasticized cuffs are finished with the same pleating as the lapel. In excellent condition, two hidden hooks help keep the top closed at the bust. Fits like a US 0/2.
