Classic French girl style, Celine 100% wool maroon cardigan and matching gabardine skirt ensemble from the 1970's. The set features a cable knit cardigan with braided trim at the pockets with gold tone horse shoe details. The pleated skirt is high waisted with a half maroon leather and gold chain. Inverted top stitched pleats on the front and back. Overall A line shape. Centre back zipper with hook and eye. Both pieces are dry clean only. Excellent vintage condition. An iconic 1970's ensemble that has inspired the current Celine runway pieces. Overall fits like a US size 4/6. Sold as a set.
