Norman Norell black silk drop waist dress with rhinestone buckle belt and tiered skirt from the 1960's. Attached gardenia accent on the strap may not be original, but so pretty. Pulls on over the head, the belt can be unfastened. For a modern take it can be worn over a crisp white shirt or t-shirt. Dress is in excellent vintage condition and would fit on a US size 6.
